My passion revolves around nutrition, movement and performance. I like to dig deep into how to improve your overall health with your lifestyle choices. How you sleep, eat, train and recover affects your wellness. I am currently studying sports science and have a huge passion for food. Additionally, I train two groups of seniors in a mixture of yoga, pilates and strengthening exercises to improve their movements, balance and flexibility. I love reading studies and books in the field of nutrition and sports. With the gained knowledge I want to share it with people, so they are able to care for their health and learn more about the functions of the body. The motto is „learn your own health“.Moreover, I want to encourage people to get back on their feet. To find the fun in movement and the pleasure in preparing fresh food. My goal is to help people live longer without any health limitations and prevent lifestyle-related health problems.
