Since 2017, the Innovation in Politics Institute presents the Innovation in Politics Awards among 15 european countries. The aim is to recognise and support those politicians in Europe who have the courage to break new ground, are creative and achieve results – regardless of party affiliation and regional level. The Innovation in Politics Awards bring their innovative work to the fore, showcasing it as an example of best practice for others. My mandate as a country representative is to scout for political innovations and encourage the project holders to apply for the awards and mobilise a citizen jury for the evaluation.

In the framework of my MA at the French National School of Administration (ENA) I accomplished an internship at the Directorate General for Globalization, Culture, Education and International Development. My focus during these tree months was on a program aiming at defining and measuring the influence of Franch culture and diplomatic network in the world.

As the Executive Director of the Paris-based European Think and Action Tank EuropaNova, I am in charge of developing the overall strategy of the organisation, hand in hand with our Board members and the excecutive team. My mission is to assure the efficient implementation of the short- and the long-term agenda of EuropaNova on all levels including development of programmes and partnerships, human resources management, fundraising and communication.

In order to finance my college degrees, I have given private language courses and accomplished regular multilingual customer service missions in the field of real estate at FONCIA real estate agency, in the field of insurance at AXA, in the field of sports in Decathlon company, in the field of tourism at SETE (company for exploitation of the Eiffel Tower) and in the hotel and restaurant sector. The experience of combining work and studies has trained my time management and priority seeking skills, and the missions I have carried out developed my intercultural, interpersonal, team-working and leadership skills.

Intern assisting the management the cross-media company’s development: market studies, competitor analyses, translations from French into English, external communication and community management. Projects led by the company included educational multimedia programmes and games for children and for adults.

La Brise Solaire was a non-profit organisation created in France by the Russian charity Spasenije, funding equipment and medication, surgeries and follow-up treatment of heavily handicapped children.My assignments were: * Analysis and translation from Russian of the medical records of candidates to medical treatment in France* Launch and management of calls of proposals in public and private medical institutions * Organisation of medical stays and daily accompaniment of the patients* External communication, organisation of fundraising campaigns and events* Bookkeeping* Recruitment of volunteers and temporary mission-based staff
