• Check-in/Check-out guest• Insurance Verification – determine patient eligibility and benefits• Schedule coordinator- set and confirm appointments• Treatment plans - presented treatment plans to all guest, clarifying insurance and out of pocket expenses• Claims and EOB’s- submitted treatment to insurance for payment, as well as entering payments received from insurance. • Promotion and sales- in house insurance and third party financial groups
