As a consultant team of five assessed an agricultural capacity building and training approach of the Development-Oriented Emergency and Transitional Aid Project. Analyzed a pilot phase of an agricultural extension service (farmer field schools) in a post conflict context. Gave recommendations on how to strategically upscale the approach. Presented results.
