Managed the network and the secretariat with three staff. Organized various formats for networking, learning and cooperation including a conference on digital transformation in the sector with 300+ participants.

Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia

Supported the project director in project management of a 7 million Euro regional project under the German International Climate Initiative. Lead the team for the implementation in Indonesia including line management of a team of three. Gave policy advice in marine conservation and sustainable fisheries & project management to the governments of Indonesia, Malaysia and the Philippines to achieve their international commitments in marine conservation and sustainable fisheries. Supported the regional organization "Coral Triangle Initiative on Coral Reefs, Fisheries and Food Security" in organizational development. Cooperated with stakeholders from NGOs and governments supporting the regional organization.

Bangkok Metropolitan Area, Thailand & Asean

ASEAN Sustainable Agri-food SystemsSupported the project management with the coordination of regional cooperation formats of the ten ASEAN countries on sustainable agriculture. Supported various activities of the project's public private partnerships such as visits of international delegations to Thailand. Established a monitoring system for the project.

South Sudan

As a consultant team of five assessed an agricultural capacity building and training approach of the Development-Oriented Emergency and Transitional Aid Project. Analyzed a pilot phase of an agricultural extension service (farmer field schools) in a post conflict context. Gave recommendations on how to strategically upscale the approach. Presented results of assessment in a published study.Commissioned study conducted in the framework of the postgraduate study program on International Development Cooperation at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.

New Delhi Area, India

Worked in the Advisory Services in Environmental Management Program. Developed a knowledge product on results-based monitoring of the program component Sustainable Urban Habitat. Independently conducted a short study on the improvement of public water quality in the city of Nashik.

Eschborn, Germany

Worked in the Department of Environment and Climate Change. Contributed to briefs on biodiversity, climate change and desertification. Lead a field trip to international organizations in Brussels for GIZ interns and officially represented the group during the visits.

Leinfelden-Echterdingen, Germany

Analyzed corporate sustainability data of companies for sustainability reporting. Adapted the corporate sustainability software “SoFi“ for corporate clients' global operations such as a leading food and beverage company and mining corporations. Developed a user manual and user video for the software for a corporate client. Developed a brief on business and biodiversity and supported the consulting process for a client on biodiversity impacts of offshore mining.thinkstep was formerly PE International GmbH
