Extensive biological research experience in academic and industrial environments to develop novel therapeutic and medical imaging strategies for patients and within the laboratory wet bench setting. Accomplished background and experience in molecular biology techniques, maintaining human cancer cells (including breast, non-small cell lung, ovarian, and prostate cancers, and Acute Myeloid Leukemia) in aseptic conditions, qPCR primer design, high through-put qPCR, fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, DNA/RNA isolation and extraction, protein extraction and quantification, western blotting, with experience in drug characterization studies in vitro, in vivo, and ex vivo.
