Intact Denmark is an initiative formed to initiate legislative and cultural change in order to end genital mutilation of children of all genders, regardless of cultural background. It should be an absolutely superfluous initiative, because the respect for children's inalienable right to genital autonomy should be universally respected, however that is not the case.The founding of Intact Denmark has demanded a keen eye for politics, lobbyism, networking, media relations, volunteer recruitment and management and all the day-to-day challenges facing an NGO working in a highly controversial field with very limited funds.

An intact body is a human right - regardless of gender, culture or parents religion'Just a Snip' is an international intactivist initiative designed to bring together all organisations and individuals from all around the world who oppose genital mutilation aka circumcision.The idea is that every time an intactivist group plan a local or national campaign somewhere in the world, they can call upon the help of the 'Just a Snip' network. The network will flood the media locally and internationally with information, articles, calls for support, petitions etc. Strength in numbers. Together we can change the world one child and one country at a time.After all an intact body should be a human right - right?
