Developed and managed quality security assistance programs in 51 countries and nine international organizations with a total program value of $29+ billion. Lead a team of 9 Security Assistance personnel in the development and execution of all security assistance and foreign military sales policy and procedures to deliver critical materiel, services, training, and support to international partners.Collaborated with international partners, agencies within Security Assistance Enterprise, ODCs, and Europe Command (EUCOM) staffs to meet priorities and requirements in support of building partner capacity and enhancing strategic readiness.Advised the Director, Executive Director and Commander on all facets of the Division’s mission regarding strategy, policy, workforce development, and analysis impacting Army Security Assistance.Executed Army security assistance policy decisions pertaining to national security objectives for EUCOM.Managed Government of Ukraine's requirements for radar systems, medical equipment, radios, uniforms and individual equipment, water purification units, robots for explosive ordnance disposal, helmets, body armor, night vision devices (NVDs), and thermal imagers in support of the US efforts since the onset of the crisis in March 2014. Other key outputs: 16 OH-58D helicopters to Croatia, nine UH-60M helicopters to Sweden, ten CH-47D helicopters to Greece, four CH-47F helicopters to Turkey, 120 Javelin missiles to Georgia, and 200 Hellfire missiles to France.Led team members to accomplish goals and objectives in support of U.S. Army Security Assistance Command mission and vision.Executed the full range of human resource functions including hiring actions, performance management, disciplinary actions, and recognized employee performance.Modeled and upheld appropriate behavior that ensured teammates were treated with dignity and respect and set conditions for employees to thrive.
