I am a highly motivated, self-driven and detail oriented qualitative and mixed methods researcher seeking to apply my knowledge and skills to enhance the patient care experience and improve people's quality of life and health outcomes. Working towards my bachelor’s degree in Business Management at Kennesaw State University allowed me to build a solid foundation in business and management concepts. During this time I developed an interest in human resource management. So, as a next step, I decided to pursue a master's degree in HR at The Ohio State University, Fisher College of Business. During my master’s program I developed further insight into the power of analytics and I became passionate about conducting research. After graduating with my HR degree, I therefore decided to build my skill set in research and combine this with my long time interest and passion for healthcare. This led me to pursue a PhD at The Ohio State University, College of Public Health. During my time as a PhD student I had the opportunity to develop my skills as a clinical researcher at The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center.
