Kazakhstan

Lead quantitative analyst and co-author of Kazakhstan's 2019 National Human Development Report. Managed and conducted the statistical analysis for the report and created the Urban-Adjusted Human Development Index to assess well-being in Kazakhstan’s cities. Participated in field missions in Shymkent, Stepnogorsk, and Petropavl.

Santa Fe Province, Argentina

Prepared study on Santa Fe’s (Argentina) practices in managing risk and strengthening urban resilience.

Taught the following courses: - Environmental Economics, Regulation, and Policy- Economics of Regulation and the Law

- Conducted a Cost-Benefit Analysis of Toluca (Mexico)’s environmental zone. Designed a methodological assessment guide for other environmental or low emission zones.- Co-authored the final report and prepared a PowerPoint presentation with findings.
