I have been working with paedagogical development, innovative and creative ways of how to rethink didactic habits within teaching. A background as a teacher at one of Denmark´s largest businesscolleges continuing into leadership in the same organisation has given a well established experience on both the practical side of teaching as educational strategies and leadership.Being a leader of approx. 50 employees gives energy and requires a skill to make a team perform at its best. In order to achieve that, I believe in systemic leadership and finding a way to make each team use each others strengths and competences. I have recently made a decision to change my career and move a step up into more strategic leadership but keeping my focus on pedagogical innovation and development. I started working at Randers HF & VUC november 2014 and will work on strategic changes in a well established school for young and adult students. The first focus is to influence a new market with online teaching and making sure, the school develops into one of Denmarks best options for education - online or here at the school.
