CurrentPublic real estate investment trust specializing in net lease retail, an S&P 500 Company.• Manages a team to ensure timely and accurate lease abstraction and transfer of key property and lease information into the Yardi database. • Reviews data input into the Yardi database for new property acquisitions, new leases, sales, vacancies, amendments, assignments, renewals, developments, and condemnations, to ensure accurate system representation of transactional activity. • Manages and tests all changes to the custom solution (DAS) that was created by Yardi to import new acquisitions into the Database. • Reviews commercial lease language to interpret and abstract information regarding Consumer Price Indexation (CPI), percentage/overage rent, and various key clauses and data elements within the Leases.• Tracks transactional activity to compile and publish numerous portfolio reports on a monthly basis that are used extensively throughout the organization.• Key contributor to the MRI to Yardi ERP conversion through project management, data mapping and architecture, user acceptance testing, issue tracking, and streamlining of standard operating procedures for lease administration processes.• Active member of internal ERP steering committee comprised of stakeholders from various departments that meets bi-weekly to discuss various projects, including software rollouts and upgrades, and implementations of new software bridging to Yardi.• Oversees the collection of tenant financial statements, store level financials, and gross sales reporting as relied upon by several departments to effectively compile and rank tenant financial status.• Tracks ground lease expirations to ensure Landlord and Tenant renewal obligations are met.• Oversees the preparation of 502b6 calculations for legal counsel for tenants who have filed for bankruptcy.
