Prescribed farm builds. Built a capacity model.* 2016: Optimized, and managed the SharePoint platform for the New York City police department's (NYPD) intranet portal. Ran performance tests, and remediation of key JavaScript customizations.* 2017: Advised a U.S. automotive manufacturer around adoption of SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business (Office 365)* 2017: Dev lead for a retail bank's web-based marketing engine, running on Azure IaaS+PaaS using Java.

Chase' site improved it's rank in Gomez rankings of online banks from 32nd (last) to 3rd in terms of performance. Designed and led the build team of the hosting infrastructure (Active Directory, IIS, SQL Server, SAN storage, DNS). Led overall performance testing; identified and helped remeidate bottlenecks in ISV software as well as the bank's back-end transaction processing systems (Tandems). Led efforts to performance test and certify clustered SQL implementation.* 2002-2004: Teller replacement system for JPMorganChase bank. Infrastructure deployment of an ISV solution. Worked with ISV to design a first-of-kind multi-region, active/active deployment, with full redundancy at the data tier. Worked with HP anbd EMC to design the storage layers. Debugged application performance issues, and prototyped code changes for the ISV. Staffed and led the infrastructure build team.* 2004-2006: Scoped and led solution development effort for a Treasury Management solution for Citigroup's Global Transaction Services. Part of a strategic partnership betwen Microsoft and CItigroup. Designed the busines intelligance solution using ASP.NET, Telerik, and SQL Server Analysis Services. Staffed and led onshore teams of 6 to 12 consultants. Led performance test exercise at Microsoft's customer support facilities. Designed .NET customizations for SQL Server Reporting Services.

Worked with Microsoft's Application Developer Customer Unit to help key financial services ISV's implement solutions based on COM+, C++, ASP, Visual Basic, and SQL Server. Key responsibilities including assessing ISV solutions for alignment with Microsoft platform direction, application performance assessment, and application performance tuning.Key projects:* Consulted to ISV's in insurance, retail banking, and bond-trading, over a three year period.* Designer of the Windows Open Standards Architecture for Financial Services (WOSA-FS), an XML-based standard for data interoperability in the insurance and banking spaces. * Partnered with Anderson Consulting to architect a web-based insurance agent software for a major U.S. insurance company.

Applied data science to solving transportation problems such as optimizing freight shipments over multiple modes of transportation, and minimizing risk when shipping hazardous materials. Software included interactive mapping components, and data transformation capabilities. Developed using C++ on Windows, and APL2 + Fortran on IBM VM/OS.
