BRAND/ PRODUCT MANAGEMENTStarted as a Product Manager for Segue… (Italian luggage and accessories brand) managing 20 stores in Portugal plus one in Romania.In February 2010 embraced the new challenge of developing a new franchising business with Levi’s, with direct report to the CEO.Simultaneously, became responsible for the product management of Benetton 012 (14 stores, two of them outlet stores).RESPONSIBILITIES:- Defining the budgets for the purchase divisions of Benetton 012 and Levi’s by analysing the historical sales, product assortment, quantity, cost, and sales capacity, as well as the company’s strategy and business goals.- Controlling the accuracy of product management in the stores: visual merchandising, best and worst sellers, sales discount periods, as well as all written communication to the stores regarding the product. - Training/ coaching staff.- Working closely in a daily basis with the Sales Force, the Operations Dept., the Logistics Dept., the IT Dept. and the HR Dept. regarding all aspects of product lifecycle.
