I have been active in the Valuation Profession since September 1990 and gained substantial experience in recognizing Value Forming Attributes of Fixed Properties, and the Collection and Recording of Data in the Valuation Process. I am also experienced in Measuring Buildings, Recognizing Condition Factors and Analysing Sales to arrive at Market Valuation, with Knowledge of building construction and National Building Regulations. I have a working knowledge of Lightstone, Windeed and South African Property transfer guide.Having worked in the Johannesburg area from September 1990 until March 1994, I helped put forward the valuation roll for the Johannesburg City Council in 1994. Since moving to Potchefstroom in the North West Province in April 1994, I have worked for ABSA - and subsequently its contractual appointed agencies - DDP Valuers, MPV Property Valuers and Mogalakwena Valuers. I consider myself to be a professional and will always act in a responsible manner to further and improve the Property Valuer Profession. My actions will always display; Integrity, honesty and professionalism with this to establish my name as an objective valuer in the region.The physical areas I work in include Potchefstroom, Ventersdorp, Lichtenburg, Mmabatho, Zeerust and occasionally Rustenburg, Brits, Hartbeespoort, Klerksdorp, Orkney and surrounding areas.
