As the East Coast Construction Manager, supervised and oversaw the store construction of all new Linen N' Things that were opened in the Eastern half of the USA, completing 89 projects adding 4 million Square Feet of new retail in 16 States.

Coordinated/managed the full life construction building cycle on the build-outs for 18 chains of Company owned National Retail stores for the Eastern half of the USA. Consecutively opening 35 new stores in a year ranging from 2,000 to 40,000 Square Feet. -Maintained and was responsible for 10 million dollar capital budget.
