BIXBY.CHURCH is a forever family that glorifies God by helping you find and fulfill God's purpose for your life. • Raised $500K to launch a new church from scratch.• Built a mutually beneficial relationship with the Bixby Chamber of Commerce to share space and audio-visual equipment to better serve the Bixby community through event space rental. • Launched BixbyCR.com in partnership with other local churches to help citizens overcome their hurts, hang-ups, and habits.• Provided Life Coaching and Leadership Development for four former staff launched into full-time pastoral ministry in other churches.

In obedience to God's call to "preach the gospel" and with a desire to grow in the necessary skills to serve effectively as a senior pastor of a local church, I resigned my position as the Executive Pastor and transitioned to the role of Missions Pastor at Grace.• Launched Celebrate Recovery at Grace in January 2019 with 27 in leadership, serving an average of 60 in attendance. This included overseeing Celebration Place for children and The Landing for students.• Developing, Equipping, and Mobilizing a team of 127 volunteers to reach out to Roswell through coordinated evangelistic activities.• Preaching consistently at Celebrate Recovery (60 people), Grace Community Church (950 people), and other churches whenever opportunities arise.

My primary responsibilities as Executive Pastor were pastoral coaching and development (9 Pastors), strategic planning, financial oversight (2MM), and church administration under the leadership and vision of our Senior Pastor, Rick Hale. (950 avg attendance)• Provided life planning and ongoing coaching of pastoral and administrative staff in the adult ministry departments.• Implemented a new annual strategic planning process for pastoral staff that resulted in a coordinated calendar, annual goals, and spending guides all measured by a dashboard of clear metrics• Led the stewardship campaign that resulted in our eliminating all outstanding debt (over $3MM) while raising over $680,000 toward future building campaigns• Led in the search and hiring of a new Worship Pastor, Equipping Pastor, Student Pastor, and Growth Pastor (Small Groups)

• Built a solid foundation for championing the purpose of ministry at Grace by developing a three-year strategy to help every member surrender, seize, share, and strengthen their serving sweet spot• Established a new Church Management Software (CCB) to better assist in the coordination of ministry and placement of members into ministry through matching of profiles to ministry opportunities• Launched a Life Purpose Coaching Center focused on helping members find and fulfill God’s purpose for their lives• Equipped a team of volunteers to provide premarital and marital counseling

• Helped transition a declining church toward a purpose-driven model through the implementation of the CLASS seminars, rewriting of the church’s constitution and by-laws, and redesign of adult Sunday School classes around a small group purpose-driven model (450 avg attendance)• Led in the planting of Primera Iglesia Bautista Hispana, a Hispanic church plant

While mentoring under Dr. Billie Hanks Jr. responsibilities included coordinating church and area-wide conferences, field-testing curriculum, consulting churches in new member assimilation, and leading a summer discipleship training program for college students at the West Texas Ranch for Christ.

During the Summers of 1990 and 1991, I served as a Student Minister Intern with Newlands Baptist Church of Newlands, New Zealand (suburb of Wellington). I focused primarily upon leading students in evangelism and discipleship. (150 avg attendance)
