As head of the Business Transformation department within the area of Digitalisation & Technology at Velliv, I refer to the CIO. I have gained experience of leading up to 50 staff in direct or indirect reports. My areas of responsibility cover portfolio management, project management, agile development and test & quality management. On top of that, I have 3 years of experience as head of the Project Management department at ATP with a responsibility for project managers, scrum masters and PMO. I was a leading part of the agile transformation at ATP. I have 5 years of experience leading PA Consulting’s team for Strategy Execution. I was part of the management group for PA’s Business Transformation Group in Denmark with a responsibility for 60 consultants. As a management consultant, I have +15 years of experience of leading and delivering large-scale strategy execution programs in more than 10 companies with +1000 employees. I was account manager with a commercial/sales responsibility. My industry experience is mainly from banking, pension and insurance.
