Main focus is to deliver insightful and impactful market, business and customer intelligence to the organisation. This is done by building and maintaining an efficient survey platform measuring customer and partner experience, brand awareness and competitor performance and securing that the right insights reach the relevant teams and decision makers. All is done with a "what adds value" mindset.

Responsible for driving and developing Grundfos’ Customer and Brand measures to ensure that we measure the most important drivers of Customer and Brand Loyalty, and that different levels in Grundfos continuously use the surveys to make improvements in order to keep meeting the expectations of our market and our customers. This also includes supporting the process of collecting data in 60 countries world-wide, facilitate online reporting, develop reports to secure the highest possible level of usage and implementation and communicate results to all levels in Grundfos, including Group Management, Group functions and local sales companies. Driving projects related to sales, market and sales processes. Projects can be either analytical where different sources of data are analysed and recommendations are presented to stakeholders or projects can be cross-functional or global change management projects where focus is on identifying game changing initiatives and driving changes in behaviour in order to for instance increase the customer’s experience in different parts of the sales process.

Maintain, develop and drive the External Customer Satisfaction Survey in Grundfos. Communicating/presenting the results to Grundfos sales companies and Grundfos group functions.Working with Grundfos’ Sales processes and Sales Performance Management, including setting KPIs to measure where and what to improve in the sales process.Conducting analyses of different sales related projects, like investigating market or product development.Making Management Sales Reporting to Group Management and Grundfos Board.

Responsibel for developing and conducting Performance Surveys in Grundfos' marketing department.

Conduction of customer surveys, employee surveys, and market surveys primarily on the B-t-B market. Involved in every process of a project; from the initial contact with the customer to the presentation of the survey’s results. Strong skills in planning and managing projects, designing surveys, analysing the results, and communicating the results to the customer.
