As a part of Excom/Senior Management team of LEMS (two large offshore windfarm projects in France with a project value of over €5 billion), I was leading the PMO department that was responsible for the overall Planning, Risk management, Documentation management, Change and Variation Management, Project Reporting as well as the development and implementation of the overall Project Management processes.Here I was leading in total of 24 people in the PMO department with 3 Managers under me that was each running their own department. I came into the projects in the development phase of the projects having to develop and grow the PMO team from 7 to 24 employees while leading the team to FID/FC of €5billion in spring of 2023 and also ensuring to establish a solid foundation for the PMO areas for the Construction phase. In addition, we developed our own internal Project Management System from scratch where we developed all necessary tools and processes in order to ensure we have a high-quality industry best practice project management system including a Project model, PMP (Project Management Plan), Project Leadership plan etc.
