As a part of Excom/Senior Management team of LEMS (two large offshore windfarm projects in France with a project value of over €5 billion), I was leading the PMO department that was responsible for the overall Planning, Risk management, Documentation management, Change and Variation Management, Project Reporting as well as the development and implementation of the overall Project Management processes.Here I was leading in total of 24 people in the PMO department with 3 Managers under me that was each running their own department.
