At this job, I was pregnant so that sometimes limited what I could do, but I would run our window for all the take out orders this involved answering phone calls, tasking orders from the window, organizing the kitchen and freezer, food prepping for our house made sauces and sides, as well as helping the cook whenever needed. As a waitress I would help with all of the above and then when the dining room opened up for more seating I would help serve them as well as a lot more cleaning in the bathrooms as well as in the dining room. As a crew we would also all pay attention and help wash the dishes. The only reason I left this job was because I had a baby.

Here I do some of the same tasks as I have done as a barista at a previous location. Here it was on a smaller scale but I had to learn how to run a totally different system as well as help raise sales for the small foundation that runs the coffee shop inside the Klickitat Valley Hospital.

Here I had multiple job responsibilities, I would make and serve all different types of drinks coffee and non-coffee, take our customers’ orders on an iPad that included a constantly changing system, I would help organize inventory after we would get stock, organize the walk-in fridge as the week went by to help keep track of what we needed or were running short of, as well as making sure that the older product got used first.

I took care of three different families in this time period and still do this occasionally if I am absolutely needed. The first family had three children ages 13, 10, and 3 as well as 2 high energy dogs. The second family also had three children ages 11, 8, and 2 and one dog. While the last family had two children a newborn and 5 as well as three dogs. While at the different houses I would make all meals, clean the house, help the children with homework, help potty train, change diapers, make crafts, and transport the kids to and from as their schedule needed.

When I was a hostess, I helped sit customers, and aided the waitress in any way I could including cleaning off tables, refilling straws, and napkins, and running dishes to the kitchen. As a waitress I served customers and even have my OLCC because I had to serve alcohol due to this being a Pub. I left only because I went to college in a different town and would have returned back when I came back from school for the summer, but it was closed due to COVID.

Helped referee the youth soccer games in the community every weekend, 3-5 games a day with players 4 to 14 in age. After my first year I was asked to come back, and only had to stop to attend college.
