As an Associate Account Specialist at Paulsen, I work with a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries, providing them with marketing solutions and excellent customer service. I am responsible for developing and executing project plans, managing budgets and timelines, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. I have a passion for learning and achieving, which motivated me to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising/ Marketing from South Dakota State University. There, I gained valuable knowledge and skills in communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, as well as marketing research, strategy, and analysis. I also participated in several extracurricular activities and projects that enhanced my creativity, teamwork, and leadership abilities. My strengths lie in my restorative, responsible, individualization, achiever, and learner talents, which enable me to solve problems, deliver results, customize solutions, set and accomplish goals, and acquire new knowledge and skills. That's not to say I don't have other strengths but these I lean on heavily to help out the team on a day-to-day basis.
