As an expat, I was responsible for managing existing distributors and finding new dealers throughout Europe, holding many events such as seminars, forums and participating in exhibitions. I was also involved in the hiring and management of employees.There was a big focus on the Swiss Project, and I was sent to Basel, Switzerland for half a year to establish the possibility of building a factory in Switzerland and as such I was one of the signatories of the Basel branch.
