About Lene Hammer

Supply Chain Management / Logistik er en mærkesag for mig og har en del års erfaring indenfor flere forskellige brancher. Jeg har arbejdet med logistikoptimering, ERP, indkøbs-, produktions- og lagerstyring. At hjælpe det enkelte menneske, til at finde "den rette hylde" - er SKØNT. Jeg har hjulpet mennesker m.h.t. job og uddannelsesmuligheder, har fungeret som mentor for unge mennesker (på fritidsbasis). Via mine lederjobs har jeg arbejdet med mennesker i mange sammenhæng (Coaching af kollegaer og medarbejdere, MUS, karrierekortlægning, den svære samtale m.v.). Herudover er jeg som person god til at læse og forstå andre mennesker og guide dem videre i livet på den ene eller anden måde.
