Leading the Customer Success department in Oliasoft, a SaaS company enabling digitization and automation through sophisticated cloud engineering software for the Oil & Gas industry. The Customer Success department is responsible for implementing Oliasoft's product in the customer's organization which includes implementing Proof-of-Concepts, lead the follow-up and the full-scale implementation at our customers and acts as the link between our customers and the software development department. This includes training, onboarding, customer support, receiving user feedback and hosting user forums.I am also acting as the product owner of Oliasoft WellDesign’s Blowout & Kill, Hydraulics modules and the user administration system. This involves writing user stories and specifications for new and improved features, communicating and prioritizing developers’ work, sprint planning, testing new functionality and leading extensive technical validation projects with our biggest customers.

Part of the Customer Success and Product Development Team, acting as the link between Oliasoft's customers and software developers, making sure the developers' priorities are inline with our customers' requests and needs. Developing and testing new technical functionality and graphical user interface (GUI) ensuring correct implementation in Oliasoft's well design software, Oliasoft WellDesign. Tasks included:- Project management- Product development / Product Owner - Technical sales and support- Strategic marketing- Communicating customers' needs to our internal software development team

I was part of the Alta Gotha sub-surface team with the following responsibilities:- Go through all drilling reports from exploration wells in the area and systematize reported mud loss. Mud loss data is an important indication of fractures and karstification. These data were imported to Petrel as well logs and visualized together with f.ex geologic model. - Simulate planned injection test in the Alta-3 side-track. Main responsibility was to create a tartan grid in Petrel, resample characteristics from full-field geologic model and build a complete Eclipse simulation

PeTech department, reservoir simulationReservoir modelling using Petrel and reservoir simulations using Eclipse. Main responsibilities were to develop a reservoir model for the Luno II North discovery and investigate drainage strategies and placement of production and injection wells.

Main responsibility was to consider the effects of faults on parts of the Johan Sverdrup field. The faults will affect the drainage of water and gas and many sensitivities on well placement was conducted.

As a summer intern in the exploration department my main responsibility was seismic interpretation of 3D data on shallow horizons at the Utsira High for use in future depth conversion.
