• Lead complex stakeholder landscapes and drive relationship building with government officials, industry, authorities, academia, NGO’s, civil society and decision-makers.• Early detection of emerging policy that may impact the shipping industry, identification of risks and opportunities and develop strategy or strategy recommendations and act on them accordingly.• Drive and deliver successfully on industry strategic goals for a level international playing field on issues related to enforcement, reporting to the executive board and aligning stakeholders.• Initiate, coordinate and facilitate the work of Danish Shipping’s CSR Committee on issues such as anti-corruption, the SDG’s, human rights, responsible tax payments and supply chain management.• Initiation and project leadership on human rights due diligence in the shipping industry.• Part of the Danish delegation to environmental protection meetings at the International Maritime Organization, prepare positions and advise delegates.

• Drive and lead projects on policy development and regulatory change in the field of clean drinking water, waste-water management and groundwater protection.• Act as right hand to my superior, executing ad hoc on politically sensitive cases.• Engage with and align interests of industry organizations, NGO’s and other governmental bodies.• Management and coordination of regulatory work across the organization, including preparations for passing bills in parliament.• Press and communication tasks
