Managed 20 million dollar branch largely responsible for National Account service. The branch washaving internal staff issues and large contract clients were unhappy with service. Quickly turned over to a new staff committed to a higher level of service. Personally met with high level national clients to ensure fulfillment of contract requirements; established new policies and solidified client base. Reorganized the management of an on-site. Increased new client base by 10 new accounts.

Responsible for the supervision of the outside/inside sales and operations team representing full service staffing solutions to include accounting/finance/clerical and an industrial division. Very active in field appointments and day-to-day sales activities including personal sales funnel. In August of 2006 the branch grew from an average of $300K in revenue per month to an average of $430K in revenue a month (done mainly through diversifying the business and changing the business we went after). The staff was completely turned over and I took an active role in setting up guidelines, wrote job descriptions, and setup policies that would allow the Operations Team to maximize their strengths. This office was being assisted in filling and retaining the little clients it had, and ultimately assisted other offices in filling their orders. The position truly required not only working with the sales force and closing business, but also working hand in hand with Operations to make sure that each and every client is taken care of in a timely manner. The office in a very short period of time proved to be a staple in this region.

Responsible for P&L, and maintaining sales budgets. Recruited, hired, trained, mentored top ranking sales individuals/recruiters. Active in field appointments and day-to-day sales activities including personal sales funnel. Responsibilities also included maintaining duties as an Operations Manager as well.Managed and directed 7 employees, responsible for the marketing, hiring, and placing of field employees. Responsible for handling all collections, unemployment, and workers comp claims. Responsible for the maintenance and retention of clients and providing a culture dedicated to the service of our customers. Monitored employee activity to include but not limited to marketing activity of operations, delegating duties, and making sure all deadlines were met. Had P&L responsibility for 12 million-dollar revenue stream including budgeting. Helped drive sales efforts to double volume of revenue from 2002-2005 (6-12 million) (8% OI).
