- Inventory management: work with suppliers to deploy orders, coordinate with internal departments to control orders from customers.- Deploy programs & products: coordinate with Marketing department, Operations department, deploy online sales programs (hot sale, pre-order new products...).- Product management: deployment, planning technical specifications, product images...; Monitor and control sales prices and promotions.- Sales promotion: coordinate with relevant departments and divisions to implement promotion/emulation/sales promotion programs for the system.

Vietnam

- Monitor the import-export-inventory status of goods. Track customer order status.- Carry out tasks to support the business department (Agency contracts, goods delivery, documents, debt reconciliation with customers...)- Participate in supporting and drafting documents, quotes, and internal papers related to work, meetings, sales department activities, and accounting documents- Coordinate with departments to handle problems that arise during the order fulfillment process.- Update the order fulfillment process on ERP, CRM, Google Drive, and other Company software- Monitor customers' debts and contract performance results.- Monitor the target completion rate of employees. From there, motivate employees to keep up with progress to achieve maximum sales targets.
