Ansvarig för att planera och genomföra insourcing av två center i Indien för att möjliggöra nya arbetssätt och dra nytta av digitaliseringens potential inom redovisningsbranschen. Parallellt höll jag också ihop integrationen av ett tidigare förvärvat konsultbolag in i Ludvig & Co. Med ledningsgruppen som styrgrupp och Strategi/IT-chef som uppdragsgivare arbetade jag tillsammans med ett dedikerat team för att driva förändringen. Under uppdraget automatiserade vi stora delar av flödet och samarbetade nära i det digitala ekosystemet med Fortnox och olika integratörer. Projektet var fyllt av intressanta förhandlingar och utmaningar både på det mjuka och hårda planet. Jag känner att jag haft stor nytta av min erfarenhet inom förändringsledning samt min tekniska kompetens inom automation och AI och lärt mig mycket värdefullt om processerna kring redovisning.

We operate where insurtech meets biotech offering digital services to prevent injuries and work proactively with customers' health. Life insurance is one of the most old-fashioned industries I have worked with, and therefore one of the most fun positions to explore topics around AI, open APIs and pay-as you live in!

Förflyttning från en monolitisk och arkitektur till en molnbaserad mikrotjänst-baserad arkitektur på det tekniska planet. På det mjukare planet förflyttning från att jobba silo-baserat mellan Verksamhet/IT samt olika varumärken till att jobba "randigt", eller tom. "rutigt". I min favoritroll på mittfältet mellan affär och teknik har jag fått vara med och konkretisera visioner till konkreta delmål. Exempelvis har vi implementerat en ny butiksupplevelse för Akademibokhandeln med Sitoo i central roll för 100 butiker på 12 månader, samt på 6 månader flyttat e-handelslogistiken för Bokus & Akademibokhandeln till Almroths/OnGoing med nya kringprocesser och system.

Customer centered leader responsible for Zingtons consultants within Data and AI. Formed an offering around “Data driven decisions” joining together the more traditional BI-industry with AI. Head of a team of 15 Data Scientists and BI consultants along with hands on experience from coaching the team and steering groups on the client side. Most recent hands-on assignments include running a pre-study for a large Swedish Pharmacy identifying 50+ prioritized use cases where they could gain a competitive advantage through data & AI.

SPP Konsult is a part of the Storebrand Group consulting within compensation and benefits. Responsible for growth within paid (and preferably digital) services. 20+ consultants with deep knowledge within occupational pension, mobility and pension administration.Launched Swedens first Pension-bot, a purple chat-bot helping Companies showing their Employees one of their most important (and invisible) benefits. Got dizzy of all new Fintech startups, to the extent that I decided to become a customer to every one of them. Ended up summarizing their business models and became a guest speaker on the topic to 200+ companies and brokers in the industry. Great fun!

Took a data driven approach to both sales funneling and visualization of ongoing business to our Key Accounts.

Responsible for customer relationships (including sales) for more than 700,000 end consumers across all life stages. Steered and coordinated distribution via mail, e-mail, web, call center, sales force, and external parties.

Implemented a prioritization process based on real business value rather than "something for everyone."
