During my time at Reserve Trust, I worked with FedNow to develop our product ecosystem for our institution's customers who required an API that would connect them to the following payment rails:- Wire- ACH- MT103- Swift- RTP (real-time payments)I was responsible for every product touchpoint, including the customer dashboard, where our customers would review their transactions and manage their workspace.My day-to-day consisted of supporting the engineering and product teams and shipping high-fidelity designs to support our growth, additional use cases, and vision for the company. I worked with TelTech, part of Mosaic Group, as the lead Product Designer. During my time at TelTech, I supported two teams across various aspects of marketing design and product design. I led the rebrand and product design of RoboKiller, the number one spam call blocking app in the iOS app store, with more than 1+ million active paid subscribers. I led the development of a behind-the-scenes app called, Proof Mobile. The code base for that app has been ported over to RoboKiller. Mosaic Group is part of NASDAQ:IAC (Interactive Corporation).

AllGeek Media is a full service service app development, and creative design team. I worked with AllGeek Media from the very beginning as a founder & consultant for the blog, and later helped to reorganize the company into a full-service digital agency that specializes in design and iOS Application Development. My Role:- Turning use cases and client stories into task flows with real implication- Designing with a user centered approach (UX/UI)- Managed SaaS projects and client timelines- Handled a full range of design cycles from wireframing through production development- Consulted on strategy for marketing goals and managed Google MCC account for many years
