From my early days at scrappy startups to working on software used by some of the world's biggest companies, I've always tested the boundaries of the word "Designer". My approach is to understand the drivers of value for the client and the business, and to work towards making a measurable impact using any and all of the tools at my disposal. I love to be on the ground talking to the end users of the software I produce, whether that means shadowing exhibitors setting up for a trade show or conducting remote user tests with a financial professional. Every place I go, I try to build out repeatable and documented processes that not only help me do my job, but help those around me succeed to their fullest potential as well.I believe in outcomes over outputs, and that getting client feedback early and often produces a better solution than holding something back until it is perfect, because it never is. I also believe in building relationships as a foundation to getting work done, because we are all in this together.
