Lenier David Stewart-Pernas, MAA member of the French National Honor Society and The American Association of Teachers of French.Mr. Stewart-Pernas was born and raised in Cuba. He holds a Bachelor's Degree with major in Psychology and a concentration in Psychological Orientation by University of Havana and a postgraduate speciality in Clinical Neuropsychology, plus a minor in Spanish Language. He started working in the educational field in 2014 as an ESL teacher in the greater New York City area. After teaching foreign languages for several years at Hillsborough County Schools (within the greater Tampa Bay area) Mr. Stewart-Pernas relocated to the North-Central region in Connecticut where he taught for two years. More recently, he resides in New Jersey where he teaches in Union County.Mr. Stewart has accomplished a major in French Language and Literature in Sèvres, France. Also is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese. He has finished outstandingly his Masters degree in French at the University of South Florida at Tampa, Cum Laude. Mr. Stewart-Pernas holds positions as Adjunct Faculty at Tunxis Community College in Farmington, CT; and as a lecturer at Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey. As of September 2023, Mr. Stewart-Pernas is a Doctoral candidate in Psychology at California Southern University.
