MedWell is a smart-up that assesses and educates medicine competence and thus enhances medicine safety in health care. We work with the largest health care organizations in Finland. As the founder and present CoB my role is to develope and lead our company strategy, create the main processes with my trusted team members and ensure the well-being of the my team and our customers.

Business development in pharmacy sector, including new services and innovations, e-Pharmacy, leadership skills and sales coaching + much more. So far we have- worked closely together with more than 65% of Finnish pharmacies- created measurement tools for pharmacy personnel knowhow+customer experience that are used by nearly 100% of the Finnish pharmacies- created and coached the most widely accepted customer experience process used in the pharmacy industry in Finland- our own customer satisfaction is 9,5/10Synergy Partners is also my private school for entrepreneurship. It's a testbed and experience platform for nearly everything one can study in entrepreneurship literature - including my own PhD studies on risks.

One should always try and do something that is meaningfull for others and the world. This was such an experiment. Our vision was to digitalise Fair Trade; to make the trade more fair, profitable and transparent.

This project was a continuum for our work at GVL. Our vision was to co-create solutions for the Finnish health/sports/well-being industry that would integrate university scholars, start-ups and health care organizations. - This was the largest research + service business creation project funded by Business Finland (former Tekes) at that time - As part of the project Suomen Liikunta-apteekki created the prescriptions for excercise, which is one of the most effective business models & customer processes for the preventative health care.- Project was one of the first testbeds for e.g. Naava (naava.io).I was one of the primus motors in the project together with Aki Soudunsaari and Marikka Heikkilä. My role included building the team, securing the business funding and bringing the business and research in unison.
