Educated as a classic biochemist I learned the use of computational tools for protein structure determination, analysis, and redesign. Currently, I employed these tools to create methodologies useful to predict protein-protein as well as protein-ligand interactions. Although we employ Molecular Mechanics simulations, molecular docking and ab initio Quantum Mechanics, we also design "wet lab" experiments.
