Digital Lending program delivery for automated decision

Working in a transformation project for the delivery of a credit product, auto approve the credit line, reduce decision time thru digital decision making.

Site lead. Responsbilities include managing teams across asset class for Corporate Action & Securities Settlements with dependancies with Cash Management & Reconciliations.• Client side Settlement and Corporate Action for HNW+ customers with base of 5 Mill USD in AUM• De-risking the process for proper contingency planning and load balancing• Contribute to user requirements by influencing top management in prioritizing the book of work• Cash Management, ensuring there is sufficient funding and minimum overdrafts on our nostro• Corporate Action Management of Information, Voluntary & Mandatory events• Income processing of coupons, dividends & redemptions• Trade & Securities processing for Shares and Bonds• Trade amendment, cancellation, confirmation & matching• Late trade & Failed trade management on a day to day basis• Operational losses are kept to a minimum and a downward trend is noticed YOY• Identify, mitigate and monitoring operational risk via proper and effective controls• Sanctions check for countries, entities & persons

Functionally responsible for all Entity data maintenance. This covers all business units within HSBC namely Global Banking, Global Markets, Commercial Banking, Prime Services, Funds and Strategic clients across geographic locations. My role is key in creating a new organization aligned to the Data Management function in HSBC; to take on full responsibility across Global Banking and Markets for all Entity (Client) static information to support sales, trading, credit, operations and all relationship management.

Manager Operations for the OnBoarding Team of HSBC's Global Banking & MarketsSpecialised in onboard of clients dealing with Foreign Exchange, Money Market & Derivatives. Also handled the settlements team for Fx/MM & Derivatives.

Handled a team which specialised in cross border settlement of Foreign Exchange, Money Market & Derivative Trades. Previous to this role, handled a IT Security Administration team which managed the access levels and were gate keepers to HSBC's Global Banking & Markets unit.

Worked in team ranging from Equity & Fixed Income Settlements. Was part of two transitions from HSBC's Global Banking & Markets.
