•To support the project team, maintaining commercial information and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and briefing them the scope of work for accurate execution at site.•To liaise with customer representatives and other third parties on commercial issues including agreement of variations, claims and any additional payments.•Carry out cost management including forecasting.•Updating the monthly CVR, cost and commercial plans and have accountability, along with the project team for the commercial performance and strategy.•Ensure that any main contracts entered have terms and conditions that are appropriate for covering all the commercial risks.•Ensure that the supply chain is engaged appropriately with the correct contract terms and conditions.•Highlighting areas of concern / loss on any part of the contract.•Ensure that good client relationships are fostered.•Prepare variation orders on claims/variations and accountable for liaising with Client for finalizing the Cost.•Prepare and agree interim valuations at the agreed dates to gain the best commercial advantage for the company.•Be responsible for subcontract letting, negotiation and financial accounting.•Monitoring of contract charges and notification to sub-contractors.•Maintain control of sub contractor’s accounts and minimize the cost of any Variations.•Prepare the cost / value reconciliation reports accurately and in accordance with company procedure.

•Report daily work progress to General Manager.•Supervise day-to-day activities at Site and Administer Project requirements on daily basis.•Monitor project progress status and update project schedule.•Monitor critical path, activities, resource requirements and conduct progress meetings to highlight critical areas for immediate action.•Review Monthly Progress Payment Certificates.•Review structural and architectural As-Built drawings.•Review / Evaluate / Scrutinize Variation Requests against Contract provisions.•Review Test Reports.•Inspect all civil and architectural works as per contract drawings and specifications.•Inspect engineering survey and materials brought to site to ensure compliance with specification.•Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports including.•Coordinate civil and architectural works with MEP services.•Liaise between the contractor and the client to discuss necessary scope changes.•Intercept potential complications during execution and resolve unexpected technical difficulties coordinating with the Senior engineer.•Oversee health and safety matters on Site.
