As technical project leader, I led a team of four people to achieve the following significant achievements:- Successfully implemented the hexagonal architecture in the existing project, which has significantly improved its structure and maintainability. This architectural decision has allowed greater modularity and flexibility in development, which facilitates the incorporation of new functionalities and adaptation to future changes.- I promoted the adoption of better heuristics to optimize the user experience in the document generation system of the Faculty of Systems, Electronics and Industrial Engineering. By applying user-centered design principles and constant iteration, we managed to improve the usability and efficiency of the system, resulting in greater satisfaction from end users.- Supported by my experience and knowledge, I implemented the best programming and clean architecture practices in the development of the project. This included using design patterns, applying SOLID principles, and writing clean, readable code. These practices ensured code quality, made it easier to maintain, and promoted more efficient and scalable development.Thanks to my leadership and the commitment of the team, we managed to significantly improve the project and meet the established objectives, standing out for our technical excellence and our focus on continuous improvement.

**CarConnect**- As a member of the development team, I contributed to the implementation of several key functionalities, such as Volksrenting and the Referral Program, using AWS and Typescript tools. My approach included modernizing the legacy code base, allowing for a more modular and scalable architecture.- I effectively integrated into the team, actively participating in decision-making and assuming responsibility for projects that required the adoption of new technologies, such as React Native and SQLite.- In addition, I collaborated in the company's lead management, using tools such as Hubspot and AWS SQS to optimize internal processes.**Kudert**- I was part of the development team responsible for implementing critical functions, such as updating offered plans and personalized competency management for important clients.- I contributed to strengthening the project's code base by introducing design patterns such as Strategy, improving maintainability and code efficiency.- I collaborated closely with the Quality Control team to guarantee the quality of the final product.**Adapt The Game**- Developed the MVP for Adapt The Game, leading the architecture of the mobile application using Flutter and MongoDB.- Maintained constant communication with the client, participating in periodic meetings to make strategic decisions related to the system.- Contributed to improving the foundation of the application by implementing the Hexagonal Architecture, which allowed greater flexibility and maintainability of the code.**Noritex**- I was part of the development team in charge of developing the new Noritex product, Mayorea.- I implemented an integration through webhooks with Pipefy to automatically update the status of different customer orders, thus optimizing the company's internal processes.

As a participant in the company's technological area, I had a fundamental role in several key projects:- I was an integral part of the team in charge of developing the company's website, contributing with my technical experience and leadership to ensure its success.- I implemented significant improvements in the company's vacancy database by developing scripts in Javascript and Python. These improvements led to a notable increase in the number of vacancies managed monthly, rising from 80 to more than 4,000, driving operational efficiency and business growth.- Designed and executed a project to create an exhaustive database of technological talent in Latin America. This project not only strengthened the company's credibility by demonstrating our commitment to recruiting excellence, but also provided a competitive advantage by identifying and connecting with outstanding talent in the region.
