Administration of complex international assignments of employees across multiple geographies including preparation of salary calculations (based on Mercer data), cost calculations, assignment agreements, arrangement of other services in cooperation with external providers - health insurance, tax advisory, immigration, transportation of belongings, etc.Ensuring appropriate support for all stakeholders - assignees, line managers, HR Business partners, etc.
