Working closely with our internal teams and agents, I build strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service and solutions at a competitive price. Our extensive product line is certified and tested before leaving our manufacturing facility in Vaughan, Ontario, ensuring we meet or exceed industry standards. Our design and engineering team works closely with our customers to meet their unique needs and expectations. We also provide regional representation and national sales coverage across Canada with the support of our supply chain partners. As the main point of contact for all sales agents, I have developed sound product knowledge to assist with customer inquiries, including technical questions. I work closely with the National Sales Manager and other departments to ensure that our products and deliveries meet or exceed customer expectations.
