I am an active yoga practitioner since 2002. Over the years, I have explored many different yoga styles, however iyengar system has played the most significant role in my knowledge and teaching technique.Qualification in February 2015 in Mother India as a Hatha yoga teacher, I learnt how to effectively combine flowing sequences with iyengar precision and focus on alignment. My teaching could be described as a slow flow that builds physical resilience and improves postural conditions.I continue learning in daily self practice and with my teachers from the UK and India.
