MCH Hamilton is a registered nonpartisan non-profit dedicated to municipal civic engagement in youth. In my role, I've recruited and trained staff for our collective efforts with the City Of Hamilton for Hamilton's first HamOntYouth Summit, where we led youth resolution drafting on three pressing issues in Hamilton. Drafts were forwarded to the respective city departments and considered in future policy. - collaborated with municipal departments to design programming for the second HamOntYouth Summit, including running a budget simulation with students from every high school in the city. - organised the first Youth Town Hall in Hamilton, inviting councillors from 6 wards in the city, as well as the MP and MPPs for Hamilton Centre to collaborate with youth and discuss 3 ongoing issues in the community: Youth Leadership and Climate; Housing and Employment; and Mental Health and Safety.Currently:- Collaborating with councillors to establish youth councils- Representing MCH in the HamOntYouth strategy- Developing resolutions from Summit discussions to send to the City of Hamilton

Solidarity Place Worker Education Centre in Hamilton is a non-profit organization that provides education, advocacy, and support for workers, offering training programs, workshops, and resources to empower workers and promote dignity and respect in the workplace. I was a liaison between this organization and my school, Westdale Secondary. I am now a Youth Advisor.- Contributing to the organization's initiatives and planning.- Marketing successful events such as Know Your Rights workshops, creating awareness about workers' rights and advocacy.- Created and executed workshops/programs that addressed the educational needs and advocacy concerns of youth in the workforce.- Connected and established rapport between Solidarity Place and Westdale Secondary's Co-Op program, facilitating presentations to classes- Expanding the network of community organizations, union affiliates, and employers by actively seeking and establishing partnerships.

- Organized and contributed to the successful execution of two HamOntYouth Youth Summits, a city-sponsored event in collaboration with RBC, fostering engagement and providing a platform for youth to share their perspectives and ideas.- Collaborated with City staff and committee members to develop effective strategies and locations for connecting, consulting, and collaborating with youth in Hamilton.- Creating content for HamOntYouth social medias to maximize outreach for events and initiatives.

Developed mechanics, backgrounds, and characters for debate alongside the Director and Crisis Analysts.Managed Crisis Analyst staff in the simulation of the Ad Hoc crisis committee, created scenarios for 25 delegates to respond to, and coordinated interactions with delegates.

Triune Student Council is the largest student organization at Westdale. As President, I was deeply involved in shaping the student experience.- Led the reform of Westdale's student council constitution- Advocating for the students in administrative/School Council (Parent Council), changing School Council by-law to aim for inclusion of Newcomer & English Language Learner families- Gathering data and student voice for Westdale's morning bell time change initiative for the Parent Council- Influenced school time schedule to alternate 1st periods based on absentee data - Organizing events, including dances, contests, and sales, managing budgets totalling over $10k

Elected Social Events Coordinator by 1600+ students. Oversaw events with attendance numbers reaching 400+, led Social Events Council to take initiative on events that aided low-income students
