Regenerating a degraded cork plantation in southern Alentejo, Portugal, using syntropic agriculture methods aimed at being affordable and scaleable in the region. Special focus on water innovations and restoring aquifers.

This Side Up is a social enterprise that is changing coffee trade. Instead of keeping farmers in the dark while simply buying and selling their coffee, This Side Up aids farmers to become fully independent agro-entrepreneurs. This includes helping them become their own coffee’s quality experts, ecologists, exporters, storytellers and introducing them to the European and Japanese specialty coffee world. Effectively, we have been building a worldwide, equal community of roasters and growers since 2013.

Worked as a freelance business developer with Socionext and the Switch Company.Socionext: The Socionext Foundation offers a program that guides university students in creating and executing social entrepreneurship projects. I facilitated the expansion of the Socionext program to Copenhagen (DK) and explored sustainable business models for the foundation. I also developed strategic partnerships with governmental, business and non-profit partners in the Netherlands, Scandinavia and South Africa.The Switch Company: an online tool that allows users to easily compare and switch energy contracts free of charge. I was in charge of setting up client relations, content management and promotion in the Danish market.

Led a project to sustainably develop (and source from) coffee-producing regions in the Dominican Republic and create linkages to the Northern European consumer market. The project was supported by the Honorary Consulate of the Dominican Republic in Denmark and investor Lars Hejlskov.

Ngorongoro Mountain Coffee is a brand of specialty coffee grown in Tanzania.Responsible for the development and execution of the company's brand development, social responsibility and marketing campaign. Worked with internal specialists at the Shangri-La Estate in Tanzania (agronomists, harvest and production experts) and external parties (partner plantations, NGOs, roaster and barista) to co-create a sustainable and modern vision for the Ngorongoro Mountain Coffee brand.

Translation and proofreading of business, legal, medical, financial and press-related documents. Translation from Swedish, Danish, French, Russian and Dutch to English. Initially I worked with single-job contracts, later by means of medium-term contracts in the service of certified translators.

Developed and launched an extracurricular intercultural business course for high school students. It was aimed at simultaneously teaching students the basics of intercultural communication in a business context and reflecting on their own heritage as Russians from an outsider's perspective. The project was supported by the local school system, Gazpromneft-Omskiy NPZ and AIESEC Omsk, and extensively covered by local media.
