Online (Affiliate-) Marketing and Business Development Consultancy

Generalist position acting in the fields of Finance, Marketing, HR, Operational- and Project Management with strong focus on commercial areas, Sales and Marketing (e.g. running own direct sales department). Decision maker for most relevant issues, running day-to-days business and upholding unlimited responsibility for up to 100 employees.

Marketing and Sales position for three Locations in the leisure sector:- Execution of Marketing activities (primarily online) towards specific channels and visitor clusters- Full responsibility for selected channels with proven outperformance or >23% of given budgets- Strong partner-related focus and close co-operation with local and overregional clients (e.g. hotels, pre-sellers, leisure attractions, educational institutions)- Development and enclosement of new revenue possibilities with proven 6-digit additional income - Full Sales responsibility for three attractions including team-lead of own sales team of 6-8 staff members- Decision Maker for any sales related activity (e.g. pricing, channels, 3rd party negotiation, pre-selling activities, marketing budgets)- New Market enclosement and sales to the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Poland and Sweden
