I helped my father by taking a lead roll in running multiple crews and learning all aspect of building to keep most of the work we did in-house. Ran framing, outside trim and inside trim crews while in high school and college. Designed and supervised building of an Underground Solar home while in college. Worked commercial construction both new and remodeling right out of college while running my own construction company on the side. Spent two years doing full house remodeling on the Wind River Indian Reservation outside Lander Wyoming. Broadway Kitchen Studios /Higgins Design Build - OwnerDenver CO1989 - 2007Became half owner of in 1989 specializing in kitchen renovations, whole house renovations, pop-tops and commercial tenant finish project for the medical industry. Closed business after the death of a business partner.Design Build Dwellings Inc. – Owner Denver CO2008 - PresentTransformed the remodeling industry doing larger residential renovation projects with our most recent project being a commercial expansion for United Rotorcraft.
