Prosecuted criminal offenses in the areas of health care fraud, bank fraud, embezzlement, identity theft, and securities fraud; also served as a cross-designated civil/criminal attorney, and represented the United States in a variety of civil matters. Notable cases included: United States v. McKye (W.D. Okla. 2012) (criminal conviction in securities-fraud scheme involving $6 million in losses from 82 elderly victims; sentence of 262 months in federal prison); United States v. Faulkner (W.D. Okla. 2011) (successful criminal forfeiture investigation of the "Little River Music Valley" resulting from a $5.5 million Medicare-fraud scheme); United States v. Tran (W.D. Okla. 2011) (successful prosecution of a seven-person identity-theft ring that victimized dozens of individuals and businesses in the Oklahoma City area).
