Serves as the Unit Deployment Manager for a Center with a staff of approximately 590 employees and over 1200 International students.Deploys both military and civilian employees to over 30 different countries around the world to include the combat zones. Ensuring they are fully qualified and trained to meet all requirements.Developed and built a Deployment Resource Library along with a Family Readiness Library.Serves as the unit's Self Aid Buddy Care Monitor and Instructor, teaching classes on average of 6 timers a year.Is the single Basic Life Saver (BLS)Instructor, teaching a minimum of 25 classes a year, making this class mandatory for all deployers.Is the unit's weapons and CBRNE schedule as well as the Ancillary Training Manager to better manage the deployment process.Developed a 4 week schedule for all civilian deployers to accomplish all require deployment relates tasks prior to attending the Air Advisor Academy.As the Ancillary Training Manager ensured the unit was in compliance of the USAF Ancillary standard of 100% for all Ancillary Training to over 590 personnel.

Plans and develops a realistic unit mobility annex for inclusion in the Lackland Installation Deployment Plan worldwide deployment of 404 reservists and $15 million in vehicles and equipment. Maintains familiarity of regulations, directives and policies concerning mobility logistics requirements and inputs changes to the mobility plan. Coordinates mobility parameters with the host base to include the monitoring of host tenant support agreements program and participates in unit mobility exercises/real world deployments. Ensures all increment managers data is updated, as required, in the Contingency Operation Mobility Planning and Execution System (COMPES). Coordinates with host base mobility support section on training requirements for cargo preparation, pallet build up, certifying of hazardous materials and special handling requirements for vehicles and equipment. Ensures all mobility training is scheduled and documented and provides input to monthly training bulletin. Analyzes data to recommend any improvements needed, and publishes data on capability to respond. Assists in preparation of evaluations of mobility exercises. Monitors the status of mobility equipment; inspects each load and packing list to ensure proper marking; assists in preparation of justification for supply and equipment reviews; maintains increment folders on assigned vehicles. Maintains current mobility personnel listings and personnel mobility folders. Manages mobility requirements for unit personnel to include incoming mobility briefings for new personnel, updating personnel information, etc. Monitors mobility listings of equipment issue and control to assure availability of assets for deployment. Monitors unit mobility supplies and equipment transaction to ensure such items as weapons, spare parts, rations, mobility bags, etc., as identified within required regulations, are available for short/long range special and priority projects are met.

Develops and supervises preparation of logistics annexes for operations plans and orders, programming plans, and general support, contingency, and exercise plans. Monitors and resolves logistics limiting factors. Prepares, evaluates, and supervises all aspects of deployment planning, dispersal, sustainment, recovery, reconstitution, exercises, and logistics support procedures. Conducts installation surveys to determine support capability. Provides planning support for associated units. Prepares and directs compiling, coordinating, publishing, distributing, maintaining, and implementing base support plans. Analyzes and identifies plan supportability. Identifies limiting factors, shortfalls, and alternate support methods to enhance supportability of transiting and beddown forces.
