Headcount is a non-partisan 501c3 non-profit organization that registers voters for local, state, and federal elections at music concerts, festivals, and other live events. With over 100 artists ranging from Willie Nelson to Nine Inch Nails to Jay-Z and Beyonce on our partnering artist roster combined with a network of residencies at dozens of concert halls across the country, Headcount is a major player in the non-profit side of the music world. I recruit, train, and manage crews that set up booths at events in Virginia, primarily the greater Richmond area. While it is a volunteer position, it offers amazing networking opportunities as well as plenty of free concerts. We are always looking for more passionate do-gooders who love live music. LC3 has over 15 years experience working and producing concerts, festivals, private parties, corporate events, and non-profit benefits, as well as developing and implementing marketing campaigns for small and large businesses alike.

Free Run imports wine from all over the world and distributes from warehouses in Richmond and Baltimore. I assisted with office and warehouse operations, deliveries, and draft wine keg installations.

The Ellington is 501c3 non-profit organization established to bring people together through live music, as well as to provide music education for disadvantaged youth through the Music Bridge program with Lynchburg College. We receive funding from the Virginia Commission for the Arts and the National Endowment for the Arts. As booking manager I am their talent buyer and an active board member.

Lynch's Landing is a city-sponsored non-profit organization whose goal is to attract people to live, work, shop, and play in historic downtown Lynchburg, Virginia. We developed and implemented event marketing strategies for Friday Cheers on the riverfront, the annual Get Downtown street festival, the Lynchburg Christmas parade, the annual James River Batteau Festival and more.

WNRN is a non-profit, independent, public radio station based in Charlottesville, Virginia, that reaches Harrisonburg, Lynchburg, Richmond, Farmville, Staunton, and Waynesboro. With a listenership of about 80,000, WNRN specializes in providing alternative music programming for discerned listeners who appreciate everything from modern rock to bluegrass to hip hop. I assisted with station underwriting and events.

Conducted campus marketing and promotional campaigns for Citibank, Chase, Discover, and US Bank at colleges and universities across the United States.Recruited, trained, and managed over 20 other representatives.

Stop Hunger Now is a world hunger organization that has distributed over $100 million in relief aid to over 50 countries while consistently keeping an impressively low overhead. I helped establish a new way for Stop Hunger Now to reach more concerned citizens by setting up booths at concerts and festivals across the country. With the help of a handful of amazing volunteers we raised funds and awareness at major concerts and music festivals across the United States.

Percival's Isle was a Main Street restaurant/ coffee shop/ music venue, currently known as the White Hart. We united local talent with traveling national acts for very successful shows. I bought talent, created and distributed fliers and posters, managed ticket sales and cover charges, and managed all contracts and rider fulfillment.

Created, maintained, and serviced vital personal, financial, and health records and assisted in day-to-day operations of an 80 soldier reserve unit. That expanded to approximately 800 soldiers during our active duty trainings at Fort Jackson, South Carolina. I was vetted to attend Drill Sergeant School but elected to leave the service to pursue life in the civilian world.
