Lost Tribe gives teens entry points to Jewish life that resonate for them, then nurtures powerful Jewish connections. We’ve built an online community around content creation, social media, gaming, influencers, youth culture, and more. It’s an authentic and inclusive space where teens can find their own Jewish friendships, explore Jewish identity, and hang out with Jewish teens from the U.S., Canada, Israel, and around the world.In the pre-teen space, Lost Tribe designs and delivers Jewish educational and Israel programming in Minecraft, providing counselor-led, immersive experiences for kids age 8-12 in a medium they love. Driven by young staff and interns, Lost Tribe and our community of thousands of teens are rethinking Jewish engagement, identity, and education for a new generation.

Henry Kaufmann Campgrounds is the largest Jewish day camp operation in North America, providing facilities in three locations for 16 New York City JCCs and YM-YWHAs summer camps, hosting 5,000 campers and staff daily.• Transitioned antiquated operation into high performing, well-funded enterprise that is regarded as a model for future investment in the Jewish camping industry• Achieved stability in operational cash-flow by increasing rental income by 2300%, including a long-term lease and partnership with Outdoor Adventure Park• Created development team that has increased fundraising from board-only giving of approximately $75K per year to a broader appeal netting over $400K per year• Upgraded security apparatus which has made HKC a leader in camp safety and security, and increased national awareness for the topic• Initiated and implemented the strategic plan that led to UJA-Federation of NY adopting HKC as one of its three core centennial campaign funding initiatives and investing $35 million in the enterprise
