T Brand is the custom creative studio of The New York Times Advertising Division. My responsibilities are to work alongside the creative department leads for multiple branded content projects, including: conducting research, managing partnerships with a network of production resources, and handling outreach & negotiations with freelancers and vendors across video, photo, art, audio and editorial. My responsibilities vary from supporting teams in client meetings, creative brainstorming, conception of and/or overseeing branded design/video/photo/audio content shoots, and I've also worked across video post production, photo retouching, and audio mastering needs for multiple aspects of the work products.

I offer photo and video production consultant services through Lenny Toussaint Archives, an extension of Saintsprojects, a creative collective I've founded in 2018. Through LTA, I have been working primarily as a Video Producer and Director on project-to-project basis, while also relying on my network of talented creators to consistently deliver content to clients across digital, web, & broadcast platforms. Clients include Weight Watchers, Hines, Thought Matter, Coterie, BET, L'Amour Crisscut, Box Tops, and more.

- Day-to-day lead on Instagram Black History Month Campaign in direct support of the Executive Producer.- Managed and implemented process and production towards the completion of campaign.- Client facing lead on Instagram x Ogilvy meetings- Maintained production deadlines within rolling production schedule which included 48 deliverables designed to air on the Instagram social platform on budgets of up to $300K- negotiated and managing artist talent- Project bidding, contract negotiation and management of vendors- Managed post-production OOP vendors within a strict timeline- Managed incremental/overage expense tracking with Business manager

- Managed projects with budgets of up to 250k and secured final delivery of assets.- Handled equipment & gear vendors. Accountable for logistics i.e booking flights, final billing, and insurance requirements.- Dealt with clients, managed scheduling, shoots/bookings, meetings, post sessions, revisions and deadlines.- Generated company revenue by seeking and acquiring new business (New York Yankees in collaboration with Virtue Worldwide “An Epic Moment”; Cadillac in collaboration with Spike DDB for ABFF “Keep Rising Together“)- Supervised and managed media vault of approximately 200+ drives.Implemented file systems and naming conventions that keep workflows fluid, secure, and retrievable via data back-ups.- Handled ADP Payroll, Employee enrollment, and relevant 1099/W2 paperwork.- Dealt with NYSIF & Worker’s Comp and maintained company compliance.- Readily and successfully fulfilled additional creative roles Directing and Camera Operating when needed on client productions.
