• Deliver high-quality placement service to partner schools through regular contact and relationship management ensuring sustainable, recurring vacancies for Teach First participants • Write and implement the placement strategy for all 2016 Teach First Primary/EY participants for North London through analysing relevant data to ensure placement keeps in line with the Teach First vision• Build a pipeline of new partner schools, raising the profile of the Teach First brand in London• Match over 50 incoming participants to school vacancies through assessing their experience against school requirements • Lead on the cultivation of all incoming participants in collaboration with Graduate Recruitment to prevent withdrawals and ensure national placement targets are met• Offer individual support to incoming participants around CV writing and school preparation whilst alleviating any concerns they may have prior to placement • Project manager for the primary phase of the new Teach First initiative of ESCL in North London; a 2 week intensive in-school training programme as part of Summer Institute, additionally support with the planning and delivery of Summer Institute• Support the wider school relationships team and other Primary Officers to deliver the allocation and placement process for incoming primary and EY participants to achieve agreed placement targets• Implement and develop the primary school on-boarding process to ensure primary schools are set up to successfully to support their participants throughout the two year programme• Work with the universities and schools to ensure the provision of primary/EY mentor development and in-school support • Develop and maintain robust relationships with other partners such as local authorities, academy chains, federations, Teaching School Alliances and school trusts• Daily use of CRM system Salesforce, along with Microsoft Office and Outlook
