As I've watched/helped Scrapbook.com grow from 10 employees to over 100 employees, my duties expanded and I learned to wear more hats when the need arose. I focused where I was needed the most, sometimes going from the frying pan into the fire. I hired and trained a new warehouse manager, and have moved from the warehouse into the office full time to focus more fully on the financial area of the company. I continue to handle accounts payable, sales tax reporting, Human Resource duties, payroll and all it entails; 401K and insurance plans, interviewing and hiring. I also assist the CEO with money management, create reports, research, and take on additional tasks as needed. Planning/catering weekly and monthly company meals and charitable drives have also been added to my plate. No two days are alike!

All Human Resource duties have been added to my plate. ie: Hiring, firing and training of employees; Maintaining all employee records, both past and present; Calculating and inputting payroll into our online system; Calculating and printing 1099's for contractors as required; Maintaining insurance records; Monitoring and enrolling eligible employees in company insurance plans; Promoting and managing the 401 K plan; Keeping records up to date and compliant with Federal and State requirements; Participating in planning meetings regarding day to day operations; Conducting employee meetings; Purchasing office and break room supplies.

While maintaining my original duties as accounts payable manager and handling sale tax, I took on the responsibility of running the warehouse for this growing on-line company. Duties include importing and printing customer orders; Scheduling work hours based on the flow of incoming orders; New employee training; Oversee picking, packing, receiving and shipping processes; Participate in interviewing potential workers.

Responsible for renewing all licenses for Circle K and Conoco Phillips convenience stores and gas stations in 18 states. The company split, selling off a major portion of their holdings. Headquarters was moved to Austin Texas. I opted not to move, but stayed on for a period of time to assist in the training of new employees.

Adjusted customer accounts as necessary; Researched unmatched transactions; Kept records necessary to bill other banking institutions; Instrumental in uncovering an ATM fraud case.
